LTi's mission is to encourage the spiritual formation of leaders and equip leadership teams to discern God’s unique will for their life and ministry.

We hold several Soul Care Retreats per year for the purpose of stepping out of the busy routine of life and refreshing our souls via silence, solitude, and prayer.

We are in development on additional assessments for Teams and Individuals (comes w/ a small group discussion guide).
