1-5 Scale Format

How satisfied are you with _____________. 

(1-5; 1= Not at all satisfied, 5=Extremely satisfied)

  • How comfortable do you feel in bringing an unchurched friend with you to our church?

(1-5; 1= Extremely uncomfortable, 5= Extremely Comfortable)

  • How would you rate the parking situation at our church?

(1-5; 1= Totally inadequate, 5= Outstanding)

  • How well would you say you’re spiritual gifts are being utilized on a weekly basis? (1-5; 1= Not at all, 5= Very Effectively)
  • How would you rate your spiritual life currently? (1-5; 1= Dry as dust, 5= Vibrant and growing)

Demographics

Important: In addition to adding questions to the survey such as the examples above, you'll also have the opportunity to create up to two Demographics Questions like the ones below. What this powerful feature allows you to do is view the question-by-question comparison in the report using new comparison groups that you choose.  For example:

  • Are you currently a part of a small group at our church? (Yes/No)
  • Which service do you typically attend? (up to five options)
  • Do you currently have children living at home with you? (Yes/No)

*** Imagine being able to compare and contrast the responses of the 11am attendees with the 9am attendees. The CHAT Custom Questions module gives you this powerful feature.  By default, you'll have the option to view comparison reports based on CHAT's standard demographics questions (age, gender, marital status, years at our church, education, ethnicity).
